I plan to do this project with my middle school after school art program. I robbed my box of blocks that I got for free on FB market place, I hot glued the wire inside the drilled holes. I purchased the paint and some brushes from the Restore store and I gifted myself a nice manageable stapler.<br />MLena74https://www.blogger.com/profile/03532180878783665603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4277828168826201823.post-58191113411570866152012-05-18T18:16:24.729-06:002012-05-18T18:16:24.729-06:00Thanks you artteachergirl, Melissa and Stuckelberg...Thanks you artteachergirl, Melissa and Stuckelberger! We use a large folded piece of paper and they glitter over than and then pour the excess glitter back into the original container.Misshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14505411826646402867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4277828168826201823.post-69702390998778683692012-04-28T11:41:16.660-06:002012-04-28T11:41:16.660-06:00Thank you for sharing the pictures and link. I have been thinking of doing this with some of my older students, but I wasn't sure if we should do the drawings first and then the sculptures...also, I love the idea of using a base. The instructions I saw online just had the sculpture lay flat on the table and I thought that would frustrate some of the kids. And I love the glitter, even though I usually can't stand using it--it really does make them look pretty cool. Now I know I have to do this with my students! :-) Thanks!Mrs. Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09923125203906064082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4277828168826201823.post-49173375626283767562012-04-21T13:30:04.746-06:002012-04-21T13:30:04.746-06:00Thanks Chesterbrook and Sarah! Thanks Chesterbrook and Sarah!Misshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14505411826646402867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4277828168826201823.post-53002291093543275362012-04-20T06:00:08.370-06:002012-04-20T06:00:08.370-06:00Thank you for sharing!
